Looking for an energetic Assistant Centre Manager to support centre operations, drive client engagement, and assist in business development activities.
Assist in managing daily operations and service scheduling.

Handle client inquiries, outbound calls, and service follow-ups.
Support marketing efforts, promotions, and lead generation.
Assist with client appointment scheduling and CRM updates.
Address and resolve client complaints with a service-first mindset.
Track client satisfaction and engagement metrics.
Coordinate administrative and support functions.
Bachelor degree
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in wellness or service sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
