Job Title: Associate Vice President – Sales (Hospital Business)

Role Overview:
The AVP – Sales (Hospital Business) will lead strategic sales initiatives and partnerships with hospitals and large healthcare institutions. This role requires a strong business developer and relationship manager capable of driving revenue growth, forging high-value alliances, and expanding the organization’s presence within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Business Development
Build and execute the sales strategy for hospital partnerships (chains, standalone hospitals, specialty centers).
Identify, prospect, and acquire new hospitals as long-term clients.
Develop customized solutions and commercial models for hospital tie-ups.
Relationship Management
Drive CXO-level engagement with hospital leadership (CEOs, COOs, Medical Directors, Admin Heads).
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless integration of services.
Revenue & Growth
Own revenue and growth targets for the hospital business vertical.
Monitor sales metrics and ensure consistent pipeline generation through direct and indirect channels.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and business development team.
Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture aligned with organizational goals.
Strategic Partnerships
Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to design offerings that align with hospital needs.
Leverage data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 7–10 years in sales/business development, with 6–8 years in leadership roles, preferably in healthcare, hospital networks, or medical services.
Industry Background: Strong network and proven track record of developing hospital partnerships.
Bachelor degree
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level relationship management.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Ability to structure business solutions and close complex deals.
Leadership and team-building expertise in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Education: MBA/PGDM preferred (Healthcare Management/Marketing/Sales specialization desirable).
