Position Title: AVP – Sales (OHC Business)

Role Overview:
The AVP – Sales (OHC Business) will drive business growth for the Occupational Health Center (OHC) vertical by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and building strategic partnerships with corporates, industries, and large enterprises. This role requires a strong background in B2B healthcare services or wellness solutions, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven ability to deliver on revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the OHC business across target industries.
Identify, prospect, and close large corporate and institutional clients.
Lead solution-selling efforts aligned with client needs for occupational health, wellness, and compliance-driven healthcare programs.
Revenue & Growth Management
Own annual and quarterly revenue targets for the OHC business.
Build a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent conversion rates.
Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client base.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong CXO-level client relationships.
Partner with HR, CSR, and administration leaders of client organizations to co-create sustainable health programs.
Collaborate with internal operations, medical, and product teams to ensure delivery excellence.
Strategy & Market Intelligence
Map market potential, competition, and emerging trends in the healthcare & wellness space.
Provide insights for pricing, product improvements, and service differentiation.
Contribute to strategic partnerships and ecosystem tie-ups for enhanced business offerings.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve collective targets.
Foster a performance-driven, client-first culture.
Key Requirements:
Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing or equivalent; background in healthcare, insurance, or occupational health services preferred.
Experience:
7–15 years of progressive experience in B2B sales & business development.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role handling enterprise accounts.
Strong exposure to healthcare, occupational health, insurance, corporate wellness, or allied services.
Bachelor degree
