Job Summary

Bhandari Agencies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead and oversee branch/distributor sales operations in the assigned region. The role focuses on driving business growth, managing and developing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

10–12 years of relevant experience, including leadership at branch or regional level

Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making capabilities

Proven experience in sales growth, business development, and operations management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong financial acumen and analytical ability

Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and overall branch profitability

Lead, mentor, and manage branch teams to achieve performance objectives

Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations

Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance

Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion

Prepare, review, and present periodic performance and MIS reports to senior management
