Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and presentable Business Development Executive for our international business operations in Colombia. The ideal candidate will support sales growth, manage client relationships, and expand market presence for pharmaceutical pellets. This role requires strong communication skills, local market understanding, and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard potential pharmaceutical importers in Colombia.

Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.

Schedule meetings, attend discussions, and represent the company’s interests in the local market.

Build and maintain effective connections within regulatory bodies (including NAFDAC or equivalent local authorities) to support documentation and compliance.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.

Prepare regular sales reports and update management on market trends.

Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to sales growth.

Ensure smooth coordination between local customers and internal teams.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (preferably in pharmaceuticals or related industries).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good presentation skills and a professional, confident appearance.

Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.

Strong networking skills and understanding of local business culture.

Fluency in local language and English (preferred).
