Detailed Work Profile

 IT Services Vertical:

• Prospect and generate leads via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, cold email & networking

• Understand client IT requirements and coordinate with tech teams for solution proposals

• Prepare customized proposals, project scopes, and commercial quotations

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals

• Manage ongoing client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

• Track leads and pipeline in CRM; submit weekly sales reports

 

Zabali Jewelex Vertical:

• Identify and onboard jewellery manufacturers to list products on Zabali Jewelex

• Acquire retailers and wholesalers as registered buyers on the platform

• Conduct product demos and platform walkthroughs for prospective users

• Represent Zabali Jewelex at jewellery trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B networks

• Relay user feedback to the product team for platform improvements

• Achieve monthly KPIs for new registrations, active listings, and platform GMV

Graduation

 Bachelor's degree in any of the following:

• BBA / BBM (Business Administration / Management)

• B.Com (Commerce)

• B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, IT, or related engineering)

• BCA (Computer Applications)

• BA / B.Sc. with relevant work experience

Post-Graduation

 

Not mandatory. However, the following are advantageous:

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, International Business, or IT Management

• MCA / M.Tech (for candidates with a technical sales background)

• PGDM in Business Development or Marketing

•  IT service offerings: web & mobile development, software, UI/UX and IT consulting

•   IT project outsourcing ecosystem and popular freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)

•   B2B marketplace models and how digital trade platforms function

•   Gold & silver jewellery industry — trade processes, supply chain, manufacturer-retailer dynamics

•   Sales funnel stages: lead → prospect → negotiation → close

Skills:

•  Lead generation — cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, platform bidding

•  Sales pitch and product/service presentation (in-person and virtual)

•  Proposal writing and commercial offer preparation

•  Negotiation and deal-closing

•  Client onboarding and relationship management

•  Time management across two parallel sales verticals

•  Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

•  Social media outreach via LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business
