Job Title: Business Development Manager – Cloud Services

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager specializing in the sale of cloud-based products and services, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, Veeam, and Acronis. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge of the UAE, a proven ability to manage a portfolio of at least 50 accounts, and a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Planning:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and expand the customer base in Dubai and across the UAE.
  2. Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and engaging with potential customers.
  3. Cloud Solutions Expertise:

    • Leverage expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, and other cloud solutions to communicate offerings and benefits effectively.
  4. Market Analysis:

    • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the cloud services sector.
  5. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, conduct market research, and execute sales strategies.
    • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  6. Performance Metrics:

    • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  7. Presentations and Proposals:

    • Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  8. Reporting:

    • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in Business Development/Sales in the IT industry, focusing on cloud services.
  • Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience in selling AWS, Azure, GCP, and Microsoft 365 solutions, among others.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE market landscape, customer needs, and trends in cloud services.
  • Account Management: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of at least 50 enterprise and SMB accounts.
  • Performance Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
