Job Title: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
Reports to: Regional/Direct Manager
Location: Multiple Locations, India
Industry: Electronics / PCB Manufacturing / Electronic Components
Responsible for acquiring and managing customers within the assigned region, driving business development activities, and achieving sales growth targets in the printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components domain.
Bachelor degree
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential buyers in the assigned region.
Initiate contact and arrange meetings with prospective clients to promote the organization’s products and services.
Stay informed about technical specifications, applications, and advancements related to PCBs and electronic components.
Share product/service information kits with potential customers.
Conduct in-person visits and presentations to client sites to build relationships and identify key decision-makers.
Engage with clients regularly to submit quotations, facilitate sample orders, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Track industry trends and competitor activities, and report insights to support strategic planning.
Identify new business opportunities and pursue them through a structured sales process to closure.
Create and maintain a detailed sales and marketing plan for the designated territory.
Contribute to the organization’s business goals by treating the region as an independent profit center.
Participate in personal and team performance evaluations to support continuous improvement.
Comply with all company policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by the reporting manager.
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in PCBs or electronic components
Industry experience in Automotive, Telecommunications, Medical Devices, or Electronics Manufacturing preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM/lead tracking systems
Proven sales track record with a results-oriented approach
Ability to travel as required for client visits and business development
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with a professional approach to handling challenging situations
Highly motivated and disciplined individual with a strong work ethic
