Detailed Work Profile Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Strategy & Marketing Manager to drive collaboration across multiple departments, including Delivery, Project Management, Sales, and Marketing. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives, optimizing processes, and ensuring strategic growth by leveraging market insights and cross-functional coordination.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Coordination:

    • Collaborate with Delivery, Project Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    • Develop strategic plans to align business goals with market trends and customer needs.
    • Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking business success.
  • Marketing & Market Analysis:

    • Lead market research initiatives to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
    • Work with the Marketing team to craft data-driven campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
    • Provide insights to Sales for effective lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Business Development & Growth:

    • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
    • Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
    • Support product/service positioning and messaging to maximize market reach.
  • Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the bridge between various departments to ensure smooth communication and goal alignment.
    • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and strategic discussions to drive business priorities.
    • Assist in decision-making by providing analytical reports and business intelligence.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation:

    • Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
    • Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating technology-driven solutions.
    • Keep up with industry best practices and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

  1. Strong experience in strategic planning, marketing, and business operations.
  2. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  3. Ability to analyze data, market trends, and financial reports for informed decision-making.
  4. Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and business intelligence platforms.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  6. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
