Food Preparation:
Carry out daily food prep and cooking in assigned kitchen section as per standard recipes.
Station Management:
Manage own section independently, maintain mise-en-place, cleanliness, and equipment.
Recipe Compliance:
Follow portion control and recipe standards strictly.
Menu Execution:
Assist in preparing café-style dishes including breakfast, snacks, and desserts.
Hygiene:
Maintain hygiene, follow HACCP and FSSAI standards.
Team Collaboration:
Support junior chefs, assist during peak service hours.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock usage and ensure proper storage to minimize wastage.
Audit & Travel:
Open to travel for kitchen audits, training, and outlet visits.
