Primary Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing kitchen team.

  • Set up operations and implement efficient systems for large-scale food production.

  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of South Indian cuisine at scale.

  • Take full ownership of daily kitchen operations, leading from the front.

  • Innovate and optimize menu offerings while maintaining authenticity.

  • Establish strong operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality control.

  • Train and mentor team members to maintain high culinary standards.

  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulations.

  • Collaborate with other business leaders to align kitchen operations with overall goals.

  • Drive operational excellence while scaling production capabilities.


Education & Qualifications:

  • Graduation: Required

  • Post-Graduation: Optional

  • Special Course: Practical experience and deep insight in South Indian cuisine
