Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to and enforce QHSE policies and procedures, including compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45000).
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure the execution aligns with their specifications.
• Lead and manage a team of civil maintenance technicians, laborers, and contractors.
• Possess basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, and material estimation for assigned tasks.
• Assign tasks in consultation with the Civil Engineer, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians to ensure work quality meets client expectations.
• Conduct inspections to verify the quality of repairs and construction work before handover.
• Prepare and deliver toolbox talks (TBT) and assist in the preparation of safety documents. Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures before commencing work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage, and report them to the Civil Engineer or Project Coordinator.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings provided by the Civil Engineer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and support the team where necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Valid Trade Test Certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a reputed organization. Middle East experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of civil facilities maintenance and building structures.
