1. Provide setup, direction, and framework to the Clinic to achieve the highest professional standards for operational efficiency and service quality.
2. Conduct patient consultations to discuss medical concerns and provide recommendations for services and/or products as appropriate for their needs, budget, and lifestyles.
3. Develop, implement, and periodically review the medical standards and guidelines that govern the practice of nurse and other clinical staff in compliance with local law and regulations.
4. Ensure optimal usage of clinic equipment’s, and clinic procedures are performed only by health professionals who are properly trained and qualified.
5. Assist in the resolution of complaints, requests and enquiries from patients and provides leadership needed to achieve medical care goals.
6. Organize, attend, and participate in conferences, meetings and other activities in order to maintain and improve the quality of care provided in the clinic.
7. Develop own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical/technical knowledge, skills, and expertise.
8. Review clinic performance records from time to time, checking for productivity and identifying the loopholes that are hindering high level of performance, and taking measures to put things for better results.
9. Inspects clinic facilities, facilitate quality improvement procedures, and replace worn out facilities with new ones for better service provision to
patients.
10. Implement infection control procedures as part of organizational
policies and maintain good hygiene culture in the clinic.
11. Establish professional therapeutic relationships with patients.
12. Elicit and synthesize accurate and relevant information, incorporating
the perspectives of patients.
Associate degree
1. Qualifications and Experience
2. Qualification –Must be a medical graduate from an accredited medical
college or university with MD. Degree / Certification from US / UK /
Australia will be an advantage.
3. Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology is an added advantage.
4. Nationality: Any European/ Arab national.
5. Spoken Arabic is an advantage but not must.
6. Should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience post
specialization in dermatology / cosmetology.
7. Must have strong experience of various aesthetic procedures such as
injection of Fillers and Botox, Skin Booster, Hyaluronic Acid, Peels,
Mesotherapy, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Microdermabrasion,
Cryolipolysis, Laser & Plexr, Morpheus8, CO2 laser, tattoo removal
laser, Clear and brilliant laser, etc.
8. Have previous experience of setting up cosmetic dermatology clinic
including services and operational procedures.
9. Proactive after care approach towards the clients.
10. Direct communications skills, pre&post procedures with the clients.
11. Charismatic personality, patient-centered approach, and high level of
professionalism.
12. Should keep tab of all latest trends in beauty treatments.
13. Should display professional approach with impeccable integrity,
dependability and strong sense and desire to work in a trust-based
and team driven environment.
14. Must have proven written and verbal communication skills along with
ability to be a proactive and contributory member of a highly
professional and motivated management team.
