Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Design Manager to lead and manage the complete engineering and design function for industrial fabrication, process equipment, pneumatic conveying systems, structural systems, and turnkey manufacturing projects.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in fabrication design, process equipment engineering, BOM management, production coordination, and cross-functional project execution. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong manufacturing understanding, and the ability to manage design teams and engineering deliverables efficiently.

BOM & ERP Management
Ensure BOM accuracy and revision control.
Manage ERP BOM release and documentation processes.
Coordinate engineering changes and drawing revisions efficiently.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with:

Ensure smooth technical communication across departments.
Design Review & Team Leadership
Review and approve engineering drawings before production release.
Lead and mentor design engineers and draftsmen.
