Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Doctor with an MD in Medicine to join our healthcare team in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality medical care to patients, with a focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of illnesses. Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and relevant training will also be considered.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Care:

    • Diagnose and treat various illnesses, injuries, and diseases.
    • Provide comprehensive medical care including preventive measures, health education, and management of chronic conditions.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  2. Consultation:

    • Conduct thorough examinations and consultations to understand patient conditions.
    • Recommend appropriate diagnostic tests and interpret the results to make informed decisions.
    • Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.

  3. Medical Records:

    • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and outcomes.
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.

  4. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Refer patients to specialists or other medical professionals when necessary.

  5. Emergency Care:

    • Provide emergency medical treatment in cases of urgent medical conditions.
    • Stabilize patients and ensure they receive the necessary follow-up care.

  6. Health Education:

    • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
    • Promote healthy lifestyles and provide guidance on disease prevention.

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduation: MBBS from any accredited Indian University.
  • Post-Graduation: MD in Medicine from a recognized institution.

Language Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Hindi and English.
