Job Overview:
A premium restaurant in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Executive Chef with proven expertise in Italian cuisine to lead the culinary operations of a new dining concept. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting authentic Italian dishes and overseeing all aspects of kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team in the preparation of high-quality Italian dishes
Design and execute menus featuring classic Italian items including:
Traditional Pizza (Pizzeria-style)
Fresh Pasta
Lasagna and other regional specialties
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
Manage kitchen operations, inventory, hygiene, and staff performance
Collaborate on cost control and food procurement
Bachelor degree
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Executive Chef role
Deep specialization in Italian cuisine with a focus on authenticity
Previous experience with well-recognized restaurants or culinary brands
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in the Gulf region (KSA preferred) is an advantage
Open to candidates of any nationality
Salary:
SAR 10,000 – 13,000/month (based on experience and evaluation)
