Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the global markets of aquaculture, animal feed, and waste management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling international customers, be familiar with export procedures, and be willing to go the extra mile for customer service while cultivating existing relationships. This role requires an excellent communicator, adept at managing customers and following up with internal teams for order execution.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners globally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and provide timely solutions to inquiries.

• Product Promotion & Sales Negotiations:

  • Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.
  • Conduct presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and competitive edge of the company’s solutions.

• Market Expansion & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new markets and opportunities for business growth.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and market demands.

• Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management on market trends, sales performance, and opportunities.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.

• Customer Support & After-Sales Services:

  • Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address client issues, product-related concerns, and post-sales activities.

Education Qualification:

  • Diploma or certification in Exports.
  • MBA in international marketing preferred.
