Job Title: Fabricators (3 Positions)
Department: Fabrication Department

Detailed Work Profile:

  • Responsible for fabricating and assembling structural metal products based on blueprints, layouts, and work orders.
  • Utilize tools such as welders, grinders, cutting machines, and other equipment required for metal fabrication.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate construction of components.
  • Perform routine maintenance of tools and ensure that all fabrication activities are carried out according to safety protocols.
  • Inspect fabricated components for quality assurance before delivery.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Contract Duration: Minimum of 2 years
Location of Posting: Sharjah, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant fabrication experience
No. of Vacancies: 10
Salary Budget: 1800 AED + 200 AED (Allowance)
Fresher Considered: No

Education Profile:

  • Graduation: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Special Course: Certification or training in metal fabrication or related field is a plus

Personal Attributes:

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials

Communication Skills:

  • Basic communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand work instructions and safety procedures

Languages Known:

  • English (basic proficiency)
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Key Competencies:

  • Proficiency in operating fabrication tools and machinery
  • Knowledge of welding techniques and metal properties
  • Understanding of safety standards in fabrication
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
