Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and vibrant Facilities Consultant to join Conoil Producing/Upstream. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge, industry expertise, and leadership from well-established multinational or international brands in the Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Digital Payment Services, FMCG, or similar sectors.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide strategic guidance on the development, implementation, and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure across the Conoil Producing/Upstream operations.
  • Lead facilities management projects, ensuring timely delivery of services while adhering to quality, safety, and budget standards.
  • Manage and coordinate between key stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of facilities.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology, systems, and processes that improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement policies for facility operations, including health and safety, security, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous operational excellence.
  • Lead a team of professionals, ensuring clear communication and alignment with corporate objectives and goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and contribute to the growth and development of the facilities management department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 years of experience in facilities management or related industries with a proven track record in leadership and project management.
  • Experience with known multinational or international brands in Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Digital Payment Services, FMCG, or similar sectors.
  • Strong background in overseeing complex facilities operations, including the design, construction, and ongoing maintenance of facilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, project management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of health, safety, environmental regulations, and sustainability best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Background:

  • Candidates with experience in top-tier brands such as Reliance Jio, Vodafone Idea, Bharti Airtel, Total Energy’s, Shell Petroleum, Unilever, Coca-Cola, and similar companies are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in facilities management within the oil & gas, telecom, or FMCG industries.

Age Range:

  • Between 45 and 58 years of age. Candidates with exceptional profiles above the age of 58 will also be considered.
