Food and Beverage Preparation:

• Assist in maintaining stock levels for food, beverages, and other supplies.
• Ensure all food and beverage items are served according to the hotel's quality standards.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Ensure all dining areas are properly set up before, during, and after service.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or functions as required.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and guests.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with chefs and hotel staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist in training new staff members, as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss any issues, improvements, or updates.

Guest Feedback:

• Seek guest feedback regarding their dining experience and communicate comments or concerns to the management team.
• Resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Event Support:

• Assist with organizing and serving food and beverages during special events, such as parties, meetings, or private dinners.
• Provide support for themed nights, private functions, and group bookings.
