Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all hotel operations including rooms, F&B, banquets, housekeeping, front office, and sales.
Ensure operational excellence, guest service quality, and compliance with brand standards.
Manage budgets, forecasts, revenue, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.
Build, inspire, and motivate teams across departments.
Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth, marketing, and occupancy.
Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards throughout the property.
