Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Surgeon with 1-2 years of experience to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both general surgery and laparoscopic surgery, and be committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Surgeries: Conduct general and laparoscopic surgeries with precision and care, ensuring patient safety and successful outcomes.

  • Patient Care: Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up consultations.

  • Medical Procedures: Conduct various medical procedures related to general surgery, adhering to established medical protocols and standards.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Medical Records: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including history, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with medical regulations.

  • Emergency Care: Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively, providing immediate surgical interventions when necessary.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in surgical techniques, procedures, and medical technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery processes, and preventive health measures.

  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the surgical department, aiming to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical regulations, and ethical standards in all surgical practices.


Qualification :

Bachelor degree

  • MBBS & MS in General Surgery from a recognized medical institution.
  • 1-2 years of experience in general surgery and laparoscopic surgery.
  • Strong technical skills in performing surgical procedures.
