Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Menu Planning and Development:

    • Create and design an authentic South Indian menu focusing on breakfast and lunch meals, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
    • Innovate and introduce new dishes while maintaining the traditional flavors and essence of South Indian cuisine.
  2. Kitchen Management:

    • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
    • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality control.
    • Manage kitchen staff, providing training and supervision to ensure optimal performance and teamwork.
  3. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback:

    • Interact with customers to understand their preferences and feedback.
    • Continuously improve recipes and presentation based on customer feedback and market trends.
    • Ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests through exceptional culinary skills and service.
