  • The candidate should be able to cook Udupi vegetarian snacks and lunch very well.
  • A list of products that the cook needs to be able to demonstrate is enclosed with this job description.
  • The candidate should assist the owner in deciding the menu, food groupings, cooking time analysis, equipment purchase, and assist in business advice.
  • The candidate will need to demonstrate cooking as part of the recruitment process before an employment offer is made.
