Menu Development:
Design and update menus featuring international café-style cuisine including breakfast, snacks, desserts, and light meals.
Recipe & Ingredient Management:
Standardize recipes with clear costing and portion control; source quality ingredients.
Food Production:
Maintain excellence in food presentation, taste, and consistency in both hot and cold kitchens, including baking.
Beverage Coordination:
Collaborate with beverage teams for drinks menu development.
Hygiene & Compliance:
Ensure FSSAI and HACCP standards are followed in kitchen operations.
Training & SOP:
Conduct kitchen training, ensure SOP adherence, and support new product rollouts.
Audit & Travel:
Willingness to travel for internal audits and cross-location kitchen support.
