Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced HOD – Biology to lead the Biology department at the senior secondary level. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience and expertise in teaching Grades 11 and 12 under the CBSE curriculum.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Biology, Botany, or Zoology

  • B.Ed. in Natural Science

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools

  • Prior experience as HOD and teaching Biology to Grades 11 & 12 is essential

  • Age Limit: Not more than 45 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Biology department and mentor junior staff

  • Teach Biology to Grades 11 and 12 with excellence

  • Develop curriculum plans and ensure CBSE compliance

  • Oversee department activities, labs, and assessments

  • Contribute to the academic planning and policy-making of the school
