We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead human resource initiatives, including employee training, SOP implementation, and HR operations within a CHA/Freight Forwarding environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for building effective HR systems.
Bachelor degree
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Drive and implement company SOPs and HR policies
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships across departments
Coordinate with department heads to align HR practices with business goals
Handle grievance management, performance reviews, and employee engagement
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post-Graduation: MBA or PG in Human Resources
Special Courses (Preferred): HR-related certifications
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law
Exposure to CHA/Freight Forwarding industry is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Hindi
Detail-oriented with a proactive learning approach
Strong planning and execution abilities
