Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our tender sales and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding clients interested in participating in government tenders. This role requires a strong understanding of tendering processes, excellent communication skills, and a background in B2B sales and lead generation.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in government tender opportunities.

  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research.

  • Educate clients about the government procurement process and available tendering opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients looking to expand through government contracts.

  • Develop tailored sales pitches to align with client requirements and objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support clients during the bidding process.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets by increasing client participation in tenders.

  • Stay informed on the latest government procurement trends, policies, and new tenders.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in the tender domain.

  • Familiarity with e-tendering platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and state procurement portals.

  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation and client onboarding for tender-related services.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing sales.

  • Experience in selling tender consultancy or related services.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
