| Job Description of Sr. KAE ( Key Account Executive) Modern Trade |
| Monitor sell-out by customer/by brand/by salesmen as well as market behaviors and competitors’ development to have timely and suitable reactions |
| Establish and maintain the favorable relationship with major customers |
| Maintain good PR with the category and operations team of the Modern Trade Channel. |
| Ensuring offers and visibility are tracked through company app. |
| Keep a track and follow up customer for outstandings and payment and ensure timely accounting reconciliation. |
| Effectively communicate with MT clients |
| Stay in touch with MT POCs for regular reports and following for pending tasks. |
| Should be capable to negotiate with Modern Trade customers about the terms and conditions of the contract |
| Managing the Modern Trade distributors and ensuring timely deliveries and inventory is maintained. |
| Reviewing inventory level of the distributor and order placement. |
Bachelor degree
| Analyze sales data and timely submit sales reports to the managers |
| Assist in the planning process and execution of Modern Trade visibility, offers, sampling activities and merchandising. |
| Generating NPIs and listing new products and ensuring timely product launch |
| Handle inventory planning and projections client wise, and timely intimate the managers. |
| Sourching and activating new accounts. |
| Perform other job-related as assigned. |
| Seek out and explore new sales, product, and customer opportunities in the Modern Trade channel. |
| Understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics and analyize competitor activities |
