Job Title: Manager – Projects

Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

Age: Preferably between 30–40 years (exceptional candidates up to 45 years may be considered)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)

Postgraduate Diploma or MBA/MS preferred

Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project activities related to multimodal transportation, logistics, warehousing, and industrial park development.

Identify suitable project sites and assess location connectivity, land use regulations, and compliance with local laws.

Oversee land acquisition, documentation, and mutation processes.

Supervise site development and execution of Grade-A warehouses, including completion of road/rail connectivity and utilities.

Manage marketing of completed assets to end users and oversee asset and program management activities.

Plan and coordinate multimodal transportation (road, rail, water, air), including container handling and intermodal transfers.

Oversee warehouse operations—optimize space utilization, manage inventory levels, and implement efficient tracking systems.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, transportation providers, and customers.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards throughout project execution.

Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
