Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the beauty industry and be ready to travel PAN India as required. This is an immediate hiring opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO.
  • Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Travel with the CEO for business meetings and events across India.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to travel extensively across India.
  • Keen interest and knowledge in the beauty industry.
  • High level of personal integrity and commitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the beauty or related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
