Job Title: Principal
Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and creative leader to drive excellence in holistic education. The Principal will provide effective, dynamic, and inspirational leadership to ensure every child can fulfil their true potential. The role requires building a strong school culture, driving academic and administrative excellence, and fostering professional development of staff.
Provide visionary leadership to align the school’s culture with its mission and values.
Champion staff development to help teachers realize their potential and achieve higher standards of excellence.
Manage policies, regulations, and a safe learning environment to ensure high-quality education.
Work collaboratively to nurture school staff and communicate effectively with parents and the community.
Review staff workload to ensure productivity and quality through staff mapping and performance evaluation.
Develop strategies for improving student achievement.
Plan and implement annual staff training programs, including classroom observation-based assessments.
Lead annual planning, budgeting, and manpower requirements of the school.
Align all staff with the school’s vision, mission, and values through orientation and continuous engagement.
Enhance the school’s visibility through strategic initiatives and branding activities.
Oversee the student admission process, including advertisements, selection, and communication with parents.
Provide guidance and counseling in sensitive pupil or parent relationship matters.
Ensure compliance with RTE and other government norms/legal requirements related to education.
Create and manage the annual school budget in alignment with the institution’s goals and expansion plans.
45 to 52 years
Bachelor degree
10 to 15 years of experience in education leadership.
Minimum 5 years as Principal/Vice Principal OR Minimum 8 years as HOD/Academic Coordinator in a reputed school.
Experience as a Founder Principal is an added advantage.
Graduate, B.Ed, and Postgraduate in a teaching subject.
Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.
Strong school administration and education management expertise.
Ability to manage teachers, staff, and parents effectively.
Strong decision-making and time management skills.
Commitment to creating a productive and enriching educational environment.
