Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project accounting within engineering and construction environments, with proven skills in financial coordination, documentation, procurement processes, and reporting. The role involves active collaboration with finance, project, and procurement teams to ensure seamless financial control and compliance throughout project lifecycles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements, monthly cost reports, and payment certificates in line with project and company policies.

  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to manage materials, contractor invoices, and payments efficiently.

  • Draft and manage official correspondence with clients, consultants, and vendors.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across projects.

  • Review BOQs, monitor labor costs, and maintain site financial control logs.

  • Manage procurement and payment workflows through ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica).

  • Maintain payroll and confidential personnel records (local and expatriate staff).

  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and financial regulations.

  • Participate in internal audits, donor reporting, and documentation of real estate and infrastructure projects.

Bachelor degree

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation: BSc in Applied Accounting

  • Professional Certification: ACCA Affiliate or Member

  • Post-Graduation: Not mandatory


Languages Required:

  • Fluent in English

  • Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage
