Property Manager - Luxury Villa

Location: Goa
CTC: ₹70,000 - ₹75,000 + Meals

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury villa in Goa. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, ensuring the villa's exceptional reputation. This role involves managing a team, maintaining the property, handling guest relations, and ensuring financial health and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Maintenance: Ensure the villa remains in pristine condition by coordinating all maintenance activities. Manage relationships with external contractors and conduct regular property inspections.

  • Guest Relations: Provide exceptional service to guests, manage the check-in/check-out process, and address guest concerns efficiently.

  • Marketing and Bookings: Work with the marketing team to promote the villa, handle booking inquiries, and maintain relationships with booking agents.

  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate villa staff, ensuring they are well-trained and perform their duties to the highest standards. Oversee staff schedules, performance reviews, and training.

  • Inventory and Supplies Management: Manage villa supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and regular inventory checks.

  • Financial Management: Oversee the villa's budget, track expenses, and keep financial records up to date. Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high service quality.

  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local regulations, including health and safety standards. Implement safety protocols for both guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property or hospitality management, preferably within luxury settings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
