A mid-senior level sales and business development leadership role focusing on industrial gas projects including Cryogenic, PSA, VPSA, and ASU technologies. The role includes strategic planning, revenue generation, team management, and client acquisition.
Drive business development consistent with strategic goals.
Lead client prospecting and secure early business wins.
Liaise with EPCs, process industries, and consultants.
Support pre/post-bid activities and tender reviews for ASU, PSA, and VPSA projects.
Coordinate between OEMs, internal marketing, and client teams.
Prepare proposals and technical presentations.
Build and lead a regional sales team.
Bachelor degree
Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
6–8 years’ experience in industrial gas business development or technology sales.
Strong tendering knowledge and client relationship management.
Established network in relevant industries (Steel, EPCs, etc.).
Proven team leadership and hands-on approach to sales execution.
Fixed monthly salary with performance-based incentives.
Annual CTC: ₹16–18 LPA.
Business travel and communication expenses reimbursed as per policy.
