Job Description: Sales and Sales Support

Locations:

  1. Chennai - Export and Import Sales and Sales Support
  2. Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Vadodara, Bangalore, Pune, Pithampur, and Kanpur – Export Sales and Sales Support (1 each)

Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales and Sales Support professionals. The candidates will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, as well as providing support to the sales team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote export and import services (Chennai) / export services (other locations).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and support activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and sales support, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of export and import processes (for Chennai) / export processes (for other locations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Experience in handling international clients and understanding of global trade regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Locations and Specific Focus:

  1. Chennai: Focus on both Export and Import Sales and Sales Support.
  2. Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Vadodara, Bangalore, Pune, Pithampur, and Kanpur: Focus on Export Sales and Sales Support.
