Position: Sales Engineer – USA and Americas
Reporting to: Business Development Director
Location: McLean, VA, USA
Responsibilities
- Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the USA and, potentially, international markets.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to promote and sell technical products.
 
- Sales and Marketing: - Collaborate with the marketing department to implement sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials.
 
- Technical Expertise: - Act as a technical consultant, understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Confidently discuss technical aspects of products and services with clients.
 
- Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, generate quotes, and offer technical support.
- Effectively use CRM tools to follow up on all sales leads and maintain records.
 
- Product Presentations and Demonstrations: - Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Initially support the experienced team and gradually lead presentations independently.
 
- Market Analysis: - Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within relevant sectors.
- Provide relevant reports and insights to the sales team.
