Primary Responsibilities :

Sales and Marketing:
● Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate projects.
● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics.
● Create compelling sales presentations and promotional materials.
Client Acquisition:
● Actively seek out and engage prospective clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
● Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of our projects.
Relationship Building:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
● Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Collaborate with the leadership team to provide clients with updates on the progress of their projects.
Negotiation:
● Support negotiate sales agreements and terms with potential buyers.
● Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Documentation:
● Support preparation of paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
● Assist clients in the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
Market Analysis:
● Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
● Provide feedback to the leadership team based on market analysis to enhance the appeal of the company's real estate offerings.
Targets and Reporting:
● Set and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
● Prepare reports on daily progress, sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for management review.
Customer Service:
● Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
● Address any post-sale concerns or issues and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
Legal Compliance:
● Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure all sales activities comply with legal requirements.
● Collaborate with legal professionals when needed to address complex contractual issues.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the leadership and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a close-knit approach to property sales.
