We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive with strong consultative selling skills to drive technology adoption in the retail sector. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle—from lead qualification to closure—focused on helping retailers (jewelry, apparel, multi-store chains) solve operational challenges through innovative retail tech solutions.
Generate leads and qualify prospects in the tech-retail ecosystem
Conduct product demos, solution walkthroughs, and highlight operational gaps
Document Problem Statements and align solutions to business pain points
Manage sales pipeline and update CRM throughout the sales cycle
Perform stakeholder mapping and navigate multi-level decision-making processes
Collaborate with solution design and delivery teams for customization requirements
Draft proposals, present ROI justifications, and lead negotiation discussions
Ensure seamless transition to operations post-sales closure
Provide weekly performance reports and revenue forecasts
Bachelor degree
2–6 years of B2B sales experience (retail tech / SaaS / POS / RFID / ERP preferred)
Proven experience in solution selling beyond price-based pitches
Track record of selling to retailers, franchisees, or multi-store brands
Hands-on expertise in documenting client problems and conducting structured discovery
Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Curious, consultative mindset with a passion for solving customer challenges
Willingness to travel to client locations as required
