Lead Qualification
Understand client needs and challenges through research and qualify them as per company criteria.
Outreach & Communication
Initiate contact with key decision-makers (logistics managers, procurement heads, port authorities, etc.) via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and tailored communication.
Site Surveys
Visit client sites (when needed) to assess infrastructure and requirements related to container/vehicle tracking and access control.
Collaboration with Teams
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation with business goals; give feedback to improve strategies.
Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and transitions within the sales funnel.
Market Research & Insights
Stay updated on logistics trends, emerging tech, and competitor analysis to enhance lead targeting and solution proposals.
Post graduate degree
✅ Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in sales or business development
Preferably in logistics, transportation, or AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) industries
✅ Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
✅ Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of container tracking, vehicle tracking, gate automation, and access control solutions
Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and compelling way
Proficiency in MS Office tools and sales/marketing productivity tools
