Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in IT solutions or system integration. The role involves identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement:

    • Conduct daily sales visits to potential clients to promote company products and solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers.
  2. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to address their requirements.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  3. Sales Process Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
    • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction.
  4. Post-Sales Activities:

    • Ensure timely follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions or system integration.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of the sales process and a customer-focused approach.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software solutions like Genisys, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Awareness: Ability to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
