Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
2. Building Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
4. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, helping to shape sales strategies and optimize results.
5. Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and participate in ongoing training sessions to ensure expertise in offerings.
6. Competition and Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
7. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to overall team success.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum of 12th grade pass.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar industry.
3. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Personal Qualities: Results-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Age: 22 to 30 years.
