Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge:

   • Ability to explain key features such as the 4Cs of diamonds (cut, color, clarity, carat weight).

2. Customer Service:

   • Provide polite, patient, and attentive service to meet customer needs.
   • Professionally handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services.

3. Sales Techniques:

   • Utilize sales psychology to enhance customer engagement and closing techniques.
   • Upsell and cross-sell jewelry and related products.
   • Overcome objections and assist hesitant buyers in decision-making.

4. Communication:

   • Clearly and effectively explain product details and offers to customers.
   • Actively listen to understand customer preferences and needs.

5. Relationship Building:

   • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
   • Track customer preferences for personalized recommendations.

6. Attention to Detail:

   • Identify and address specific customer concerns or preferences.
   • Ensure product quality and presentation before showcasing to clients.

7. Negotiation Skills:
