Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve channel sales targets.
    • Identify and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Provide training, guidance, and support to sales executives to ensure they have in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team and implement corrective measures to meet sales objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical client negotiations.
  • Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
  • Performance Reporting:

    • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, providing insights into successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and technical specifications.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in system integration, IT solutions, or related fields.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes.
