Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in the telecom sector, particularly in B2B sales, to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and driving business growth within the telecom industry.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the telecom sector.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  4. Manage the sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, with experience in Vodafone or related telecom sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Other Requirements: Must possess a valid driving license.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: RO 1,000 to RO 1,200 (based on experience and qualifications).
  • Additional benefits as per company policy.
