To drive sales growth in the assigned territory by managing key accounts, supporting channel partners, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring ethical business practices.
Achieve budgeted sales revenue targets in the assigned territory.
Grow and sustain key accounts; maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
Assist surgeons during Operation Theatre (OT) procedures.
Plan regular visits to key accounts and explore new business opportunities.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities.
Manage tender-related sales, including pricing and product specifications.
Develop and support channel partners in the territory.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Represent the company at conferences, CMEs, and trade exhibitions.
Bachelor degree
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Appoint and formalize agreements with new dealers.
Ensure fair business practices across the region.
Maintain dealer pricing structure and margins.
Monitor dealer Purchase Orders to avoid overbilling.
Identify and nurture two KOLs within the territory.
Graduation: Minimum BE/B.Sc./B.Tech
Post-Graduation: Preferred
Special Course: Medical course is an added advantage
