Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional with a basic experience in logistics, import, and operations. This role will focus on developing sales initiatives, sales strategies, optimizing marketing strategies, and managing the logistics process to ensure smooth business operations

*Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing: ● Generate leads through cold calling and online portals. ● When necessary, meet with prospects, hot leads, and existing clients in person to build relationships and drive sales. ● Follow up on leads to convert them into closed deals. ● Work to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance and growth. ● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. ● Analyze market trends, customer needs, and create targeted marketing campaigns. ● Build and maintain lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities. ● Coordinate with internal teams to align on sales and marketing objectives. ● Track and report sales performance and suggest improvements. Logistics & Import Operations: ● Oversee logistics, imports, and shipment tracking. ● Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party providers. ● Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws. ● Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines. ● Troubleshoot supply chain issues and improve processes.
