Salesperson Job Description

We are looking for a friendly salesperson to assist customers in our store. The

salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, helping them find items in the store,

and ringing up purchases.

To be successful as a salesperson you must have excellent communication skills. A

good salesperson meets sales objectives while remaining polite and helpful to

customers.


Salesperson Responsibilities:

1- Greet customers.

2- Help customers find items in the store.

3- Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.

4- Provide customers with information about items.

5- Ring up purchases.

6- Elevate complaints to management.

7- Keep track of inventory.



Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Salesperson Requirements:

1- Preferred, a degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be

advantageous.

2- Excellent communication skills.

3- Flexible work hours.

4- Basic mathematic skills.

5- Prior experience in retail.

6- Excellent customer service skills.

7- Motivation to work through busy shifts.

8- Arabic Language Speakers.
