Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with our sales managers, assisting in their planning, tracking their movements, and managing orders. Additionally, the role involves creating quotations and RFDs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with sales managers to plan and take updates on their movements and orders.
  2. Create and manage quotations and RFDs (Request for Deviation).
  3. Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  4. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  5. Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  6. Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-related company/industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
