📍 Location: Onsite – Must be within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or San Jose, CA

💲 Rate: $55/hr

📅 Type: Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 SCM (OM, INV, and PO). This role is focused on providing day-to-day support and delivering technical solutions for Oracle SCM and Distribution modules. The ideal candidate will have a combination of hands-on technical skills and functional experience, and will work closely with business users and SMEs to understand current processes and design future-state solutions.

Primary Responsibilities :


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support and enhancements for Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing).
  • Analyze and document business processes and develop Oracle-based solutions.
  • Work with global stakeholders for implementation, support, and rollout initiatives.
  • Create functional and technical documentation including BR100s and solution design documents.
  • Manage data conversions, integrations, and EDI-based solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or San Jose, CA.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only (I-9 and E-Verify compliance required).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS applications.
  • Strong skills in PL/SQLOracle FormsReportsOAFWorkflowsShell scripting, and Performance Tuning.
  • Solid functional understanding of Oracle SCM modules and O2C/P2P flows.
  • Experience with global implementations, multi-site rollouts, and client-facing roles.
  • Proficient in creating technical configuration and requirement documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Financials modules.
  • Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
  • Hands-on EDI integration experience.
  • Prior team leadership or project/module lead experience.
